Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation message with tracking id of the respective courier partner. You can simply TRACK your order with the tracking id and get to know how long it will take to get delivered.

While we do not offer gift wrapping services at present, a lot of care does go into packing your order.

We take extreme measures to ensure that your order is packed safely and securely and that it will reach you in mint condition.

Currently you can securely checkout out website using Debit/Credit Card, Net-banking, UPI & Wallets. We also offer COD on all produts.

We accept cancellations within 2-hours of you placing the
order. Once the 2-hour window passes the order goes into process and
cannot be cancelled or altered.

Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. A lot of care and strenuous checking goes into each order. But due to circumstances out of our control sometimes the order gets damaged during shipping.

If you have received a wrong/defective product, then please contact us within 24 hours of you receiving the product.

- For the return to be authorized, the order should be in the same
condition as when you received it including the original packaging.

- When sending us communication about the return please include the below information

i) Subject Title - Return / exchange

ii) Reason for return

iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order.

iv) Please include any photo/video documentation with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.

- Please note that we accept returns within 24 hours of you receiving your order. After 24 hours we will be unable to process your request for
return.

- We will accept returns/exchanges only
if you have received the wrong product or if there is a defect in the quality of your product.

- Once you have returned the item back to us we will refund the money of the product you paid.
