Refund Policy
We aim to provide a smooth experience for our customers and offer returns & replacements under the following conditions:
1. Defective/Damaged Deliveries
At BEHOMA, every product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely. In the rare case that your order is delivered in a damaged condition, we request you to share clear images/videos of the product along with the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will quickly review and resolve the issue.

2. Easy Returns
To make your experience smooth, we provide an easy and hassle-free return process, subject to the following conditions:
1. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return requests are applicable only for orders valued below ₹8,000.
3. For orders above ₹8,000, please write to us at contact@behoma.in Our team will quickly review and will provide an appropriate resolution
Note:
· Please mention the exact item(s) you wish to return while initiating the request.
· For partial returns, kindly hand over only the selected items to the pickup partner.
a) Pickup & Refund Mode
· We provide a complimentary doorstep pickup for all eligible returns.
· Once the product is collected and received by us in unused and original condition, and passes our quality check, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the products at our warehouse.
· Shipping charges or COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
· Return service will not be applicable if a previous Cash on Delivery (COD) order was refused at delivery.
b) Fair Usage Policy
· To ensure fair use of our services, we reserve the right to decline returns or apply return fees in cases of repeated or excessive return requests from the same account.
· Abusive or unfair use of the return policy may lead to non-acceptance of future return or replacement requests.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must:
· Be unused and in original condition
· Include original packaging, tags, and all supporting materials/documents
· Be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
4. Missing Items: Issues like tampering or missing items are rare. If you notice anything unusual, we kindly request you to contact the Behoma team immediately and record an unboxing video.
5. Undelivered Orders: In case you receive a delivery confirmation (SMS/email) but have not actually received the parcel, do inform our team within 24 hours of receiving the notification, we are here to help.
6. Timely Delivery: We ship via trusted courier partners and provide estimated delivery timelines. While delays may occasionally occur, our team is always here to support you and ensure timely delivery. For time-sensitive purchases, we recommend connecting with our customer support team for assistance.
7. Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours only. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If such orders are not accepted upon delivery, they will be treated as returns. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Behoma may limit future ordering privileges in such cases. For prepaid orders, applicable two-way shipping charges may be deducted.
8. Product Variation: Each of our pieces is lovingly handcrafted, making it truly one of a kind. Slight differences in color, texture, or size are a natural part of this process and reflect the human touch behind every creation. These are not flaws, but the little details that make your piece special and full of character.
9. Non-returnable Orders: Bulk or customized orders are created with special attention and may not follow our standard return policy. However, we’ll be happy to review your request individually.
