We try to accommodate our customers as much as we can and we welcome replacements on the following terms -
We do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Returns are accepted in case -
1. A wrong product has been delivered where the delivered product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
2. If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
3. If the product is received in a damaged condition.
If we send damaged/defective/incorrect product, such cases are to be informed to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product as soon as possible.
Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. A Video of the product received in damaged condition will ensure faster refund processing. You can send us the images on email@example.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

Returns have to be self-shipped by the buyer to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
Non receipt of Delivery
Once the product is shipped, the delivery representative will try to contact the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to connect with the delivery representative, the consignment will be returned to the company. In such case no refund will be made.
All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse.
Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 8-10 days after receipt of returned item by us, for the amount to reflect in your statements.
